"This place steals your money. Complete insufficent documents to IRS. Does not return your calls and the staff is terribly rude. I not recommend anyone to go to their place of business. They need to be shut down immediately."

"Worst place to do your taxes. They barely pick up the phone when you call and they don’t give you 100% of your returns and you end up paying a high amount back to the state. They also get your information wrong so instead of getting direct deposit like you wanted your bank rejects it and sends it in a check. I wish I could give negative stars please don’t come here at all"

"These people are scammers! They totally put the wrong information on my tax returns and didn’t want to give me an invoice. They were not straight about how much they were charging me. And to get in contact with them is impossible. Very unprofessional service! I suggest you never go there it’s a mess and they don’t no what they are doing. At the begging they nice but after it’s hard to get any information from them about your returns. I had to cancel , just could not deal with them."

"I had to give this place at least one star because it wouldn't let me give them anything less in order to write a comment. Let me just start off from the worst to sum this terrible place in one. Based off of what I witnessed while submitting my tax return here unfortunately these people are the ultimate scam they use other peoples information a lot of their customers end up receiving letters from the IRS telling them how there state check could not be processed until further information is provided and this is where the rest of the scam begins they start to make up letters with false information in order to get the customers their state check which of course helps them out since they take a cut out of each check received. i recently saw a negative review from a man and noticed they had taken the review off I'm assuming since income tax season is around they don"t want people to see the dark side to this place. There is so much more to my story but I believe this is enough to let you know you should really reconsider filling tax returns with these frauds. Its called freedom of speech!"
