"Greate place for parts and service for what they sell, when my Dingo needed work, I was able to drop it off that day. They got back to me in a couple of days (not weeks) and had it fixed (replace and rebuild hydraulic motors inside machine) before quoted time. The parts people have always helped me find a part I needed even if they did not have it at the most affordable price when possible. I value the older staff as wealth of knowledge and insight, thank to them I have been able to modify a machine, parts are no longer available for to a usable state."

"I’ve been using grassland for about 2 season now. Last season I was kinda shopping around for a deal because I believe the best mower brand is the one that has a good dealer in your area. Grassland is by FAR the best toro dealer in the area. (Best dealer I’ve experienced ever) when you develop a relationship with the guys it feels like a family. I will never shop elsewhere for any of my Buisness needs"

"Absolutely horrible service. Had an issue with a echo battery for a lawnmower, called echo and was told my closest “Elite” warranty service provider was Grassland. Upon showing up was rudely told they will only service equipment they sold. Called back echo while waiting and the rep confirmed they are supposed to service all echo products as an elite dealer. The guy behind the counter later admitted he probably could help but it would take several weeks. He basically kept saying anything he could to get rid of me. Went down the road to another dealer who gladly helped me. Would never ever patronize this shop for the way they treated me."
