"Customer Service is LACKING. This neighborhood business does not cater to it’s black community. Here you are not met with care, consideration or even empathy. Instead, this business finds pleasure in creating obstacles when there are none. It is recommended that this business realize that ill or bad service to one person is one person too many and they have no place in a neighborhood if they are not willing to serve all in the community. Definitely not willing to provide repeat business to them for any reason."

"I have come to this office on three separate occasions. Each time the service gets worse. The first time I came to drop off a ups package and I had my service dog. The receptionist made unnecessary comments regarding my dog and told me to get out without even letting me speak. The 2nd time I came to notarize a document (without my dog) and they gave me a hard time because my ID is from MA (I used to live there). Same thing happened the 3rd time: I live in MA but am visiting my mom in NY. I came to notarize a document but the notary refused because he didn’t feel comfortable because my ID is from a different state. I’m a notary, Law states that an ID is valid if it’s State-issued identification card with a photo and not expired. I have that. I asked him to please print an acknowledgment form so he feels more comfortable but he refused. Yet another client comes in and they have no problem printing FedEx labels for them. The point is that they are super Biased and unwilling to help. He is not up to date with his notary laws and I don’t trust his ability to properly execute documents."

"This location doubles as A UPS drop off point which is messed up for UPS because this man is the most unprofessional business owner I've ever ran across he got an attitude over the miss spelling of a name on the package, we had ID. So he decided that he was no longer going to accept any packages coming from my address so when I get updates from UPS stating that my package is ready he has already sent it back extremely unprofessional please be way before you do business with this establishment"
