"I used to like the service until this one lady did my nails, to start off my nails are all real and very long but miss lady seemed to not understand that acrylic goes over your whole nail so when I came back two days later, one of my nails was chipped absinthe was frustrated… I don’t have the patience to pay full price for something that isn’t fully done and then my nail break, but the real amusement was when I went back they were acting like they don’t speak English only in America, right."

"This place has turned to garbage. I used to go 2-3 weeks faithfully because When it first opened a few yrs ago it was amazing. Best one on the boulevard from the service to the quality work, to the environment . I would always get complimented on my nails & they would last. But over the years they have become horrible. Most of the nail polishes are from when they first opened no new colors and the quality is bad. You either get a good acrylic set or a really horrible set. Nails do not last. After a few days they start to lift, chip, fall off and look 2 plus weeks old. Gel manicure are so bad. They look very sloppy and they often skip steps to rush you out the chair. They never accept fault for anything wrong they do. They pick and choose who they want to give good service too. They make you sign a sheet for no reason because they pick who they want. You could be waiting 2+ hrs to be taken even with all techs. The salon itself is starting to fall apart & look dirty and they don’t care to fix it."

"Disappointed. There are no fans available for drying your toes so you end up waiting longer than usual. They also don’t offer slippers that you can leave the salon with in case your nails are wet. I would recommend management to consider over everything, to invest in some fans. We shouldn’t have to wait 45 mins for toes to dry. I think it’s because most people do gel pedicures but that is not the case for all."
