New Top Way Nail Spa

"I recently visited New Top Way Nail Spa with my sister, hoping for a relaxing experience. However, the visit turned into a nightmare. While getting a manicure, my sister opted for a hard gel manicure, and the technician attempted to overcharge her, claiming a price different from what was on the menu. The situation escalated as the tech became pushy and borderline aggressive. As for my manicure, it was far from satisfactory – the polish looked choppy, and I suspect my technician pretended to cut my cuticles without actually doing so. Feeling uncomfortable, I suggested we leave, even though my sister’s service was half done, my sister agreed. Despite our decision, the salon staff tried to coerce us into staying, making the experience even more unsettling. To add to the discomfort, the salon was freezing, and the water from the sink was ice-cold, making handwashing a painful ordeal. Overall, the atmosphere, pricing discrepancies, and the staff's aggressive behavior create an environment I wouldn't recommend. New Top Way Nail Spa failed to provide a pleasant and welcoming experience, leaving us with a strong desire to never return."

"I have been to this salon 4 times , Last time the nail tech didn’t know how to do a hard gel manicure. Tried to give this place another chance. Today I went and they tried to charge me $68 for a hard gel French manicure. The prices they had listed didn’t match what they were trying to charge. Left the salon with out any polish because of how pushy they were becoming. Do not recommend this salon at all."

"This place is so nice! As soon as I walked into the nail salon I noticed how clean and sleek the place and furniture was! I got my nails done by Ann and she was very nice and we had a good conversation. The other employees at the shop were also very nice! Her nail work is amazing my nails look perfect. The nail extensions she put on me were very comfortable. Had such a good experience here, definitely coming back."

"This nail salon is very lovely!! The girls are super sweet. Ann and Sherry did my nails and they came out exactly how I asked! The pedicure was super relaxing, and I really love that they have soft gel manicures. The tips are oval how I like, and they look as if my nails are naturally long! I’m so glad this place opened up, I will Definitely be back again!"
