"For the quality, it’s not worth the prices. Went in for a gel pedi and realized their products (foot scraper) were used. They were friendly, but better off going somewhere else."
"STAFF IS VERY RUDE ESPECIALLY ANNA. work is sub par. The shop is unsanitary and run down. Even tried to force me to tip. I asked for an extra coat of polish for my toes. Lisa caught an attitude as if she didn’t want to do it. I was asked to pay before my service was finished almost as if they knew I was unhappy with my pedicure. tools also didn’t appear to be sterilized. I didn’t even get my manicure because of how unsanitary the shop looked. I even asked for plastic wrap to persevere my polished (horribly) toes and anna yelled at me that i should just leave. As i left she slammed the door and locked it behind me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!"
"I went inside for a pedicure on a Sunday afternoon. There were two technicians and just one client, therefore,I was serviced right away. The place is really dingy and outdated, but it has cheap prices. I only went here because I was too tired to go to the fancy salons on Cortelyou Rd. After The NY Times article that came out a few years ago about hygiene at all NYC nail salons, I thought these owners learned their lesson. This salon looks like it’s from the 90’s and you can tell the building landlord doesn’t fix anything for them. The nail technician worked super fast! And since I didn’t want a color, I was finished in about 10 minutes - the fastest ever. The tools don’t look clean and I was afraid that I’d catch a fungus. Thankfully a few months later, I can say I didn’t catch anything LOL"
"I am so disappointed. My birthday is tomorrow and I’ve been searching for a nearby nail salon. The nail salon charges $26 for a manicure/pedicure. I asked for designs since I’m celebrating my birthday, they’re $2 each. I’m giving 1 star because Lisa cut FOUR of my fingers, not just one but FOUR. The acetone burned on one of my fingers. I just came home and my thumb is still bleeding as I put pressure on it. I regret leaving a $5 tip. I try to support small businesses, especially Asian businesses but cutting four of my fingers is unacceptable."
