Euphoria Nails

"I used to go to Euphoria nails quite frequently until last Saturday. I made an appointment for mani-pedi. I am greeted by the owner in the rudest possible way - "what do you want? "I said I have an appointment and he continues to shout at me what do you want?? I never went to a place where you treat your customers like garbage. I work in customer service and for me to ever leave a review takes a lot. The only reason I did my mani-pedi it was because it was late and couldn't go somewhere else. The lady that did my mani was amazing!! She also got yelled at on her way out by the owner.Never going back again even tho I live 1 block away. Shame on the way you treat your customers and employees!!"

"If you are looking to get acrylic nails please DO NOT GO HERE. My daughter went and showed the employee a photo of what she wanted what they gave her looked NOTHING like the photo, very unprofessional, the acrylic was SUPER thick, bubbly and poorly shaped. And I am assuming bc my teenage daughter was alone they tried to take advantage of her. They charged her $100 for a horrible job. They reluctantly gave me only $30 back which I used to take her to another salon and have them safely soaked and removed. The lady who did her nails seemed very kind - but I asked her if she didn't know how to do acrylic nails why did she take her as a client? The man at the front was dismissive and kept trying to shoo me out. No apologies were made. I will try to post a photo later. It was an AWFUL experience and a huge waste of money and time. This was supposed to be a special treat for her instead it was a huge disappointment."

"The people were very nice here unfortunately this was a very poorly done manicure. I’ve been getting acrylics for years and they skipped a ton of steps resulting in really poorly shaped nails. Additionally, a nail just came off after only 5 days. I have an office job and don’t use my hands aggressively so very confused why a nail would just fall off :/"

"Never got these many bubbles from anywhere else. These air bubbles started to show up after a few hours and I had a hard time to even look at my nails cus they are just so disturbing. Very unhappy about it and wasted money. Had to remove them after 2 days. Well, their people are friendly tho."

"Really happy with my experience and quality of gel manicure. Gel usually lasts 7-10 days max for me but after visiting this salon I’m already at day 14 and my nails show no sign of wear. Yes, it’s a few dollars more than some salons (yet still cheaper than some others close by!) but the tranquil atmosphere, cleanliness, and attention to detail they provide are worth it. However, I hope that when I go back to re-do my nails, they won’t charge me for removal, as another reviewer mentioned."
