"I visited Dream nails last night, 12/29/23 and the experience was nothing short of horrendous. I arrived at 4:15 pm, with only one person ahead of me. However, my wait time escalated to an unbelievable two hours. Around 45 minutes into waiting, a group of three walked in. Despite being there first, the woman doing pedicures in the back called one of the ladies from the group ahead of me. When I inquired about the delay, she claimed to only do pedicures. After an hour and a half of waiting, the same woman started doing the lady's nails from the group. I said to her " I thought you only did pedicures?", she responded in her language, laughing off my frustration. Finally, around 6:15 pm, two hours after my arrival, I was called by Lucy. However, my ordeal didn't end there. Lucy then asked if I could wait for the owner, who was supposedly on his way, as she had pedicures to finish. I told her no, I had already been waiting too long. yall, she was cutting my fingers left and right trying to rush my nails, i was so pissed!!! and to add insult to injury, two girls walked in just 10 minutes after I sat down, and Lucy told them she would call the owner to come for their service. i'm thinking " I thought you already called the owner" anyway, the owner didn't even answer his phone. I left that place at 7:10 pm, past their closing time of 7 pm, and the salon still had pending pedicures. The inefficiency, lack of communication, and disregard for customers' time were utterly unacceptable. This experience has left me with a terrible impression, and I can confidently say that I will never set foot in your nail salon again. The service was horrible, and the overall experience was beyond disappointing. I hope they address these issues to prevent others from enduring similar ordeals in the future."

"the tools they attempted to use on my feet were rusted looked like old dead skin was on the nail clippers i asked the woman nicely were they cleaned she yelled at me left me soaking for over 30 minutes while she left to do an errand i just left and tipped her but they need to invest in new equipment"

"Worst experience ever first the lady tried to use an old wet dirty rag on my feet that she used on the previous client. So I stopped her completely from doing my feet then I tried to give her another chance and do my nails and that’s when it went completely lifted she shaped the nails horribly then shot tried to paint over bubbles she made on my nails. I would never ever recommend them to anyone"

"My experience wasn’t really good. Compared to other experiences i’ve had. I asked The person that did my nails for a gel manicure with a black line design and this is what i got. I reviewed this shop before going and i thought i would had got a better Quality."
