"They used quick dry top coat without asking me at all then charged me extra and told me only when I asked them why the price was different from the listed price. No big deal as it was small money but feel this is dishonest so I won’t go there again."
"It was my first time visiting this salon and the owner is so kind and sweet. I can tell the salon focuses on simple manicures and not elaborate art and designs because upon showing her an inspo pic she said “that’s too hard” I was patient with her and guided her through a simpler yet cute idea. She did pretty well but definitely not $100 worth. I feel the dip powder was over priced (70). And 20$ for little rhinestones. I noticed she didn’t massage my hands and didn’t have a large shade range in powder colors. My heart wants to continue supporting her learn how to make elaborate designs but my wallet wants affordable nails that match inspo pics."
"I never usually leave reviews but this was the worst nail experience I’ve had. I paid $80 for dip powder nail extensions and the next day (not even 24 hours later) 3 snapped off. I proceeded to call and ask for a refund because of how bad the quality was and was told it was my own fault for getting them so long, even though I asked twice for them to be made shorter. I had to return to the salon twice and call 3 times to arrange a redo. I was sat waiting for almost an hour when I finally got them redone. They also told me I would need to pay extra if I wanted them redone with shellac, even after all of this mess. Only one person who worked there took the time to help me and all the other workers were extremely unhelpful and rude. $80 for all of this hassle."
"Horrible Experience. Decided to go and treat myself and left with more stress than I came in with. I had to guide the lady every step of the way. Seemed like she’s never done a gel manicure before, none less a french nail. She barely took care of my cuticles. And the lines were all wobbly. I can do better than this at home. She massaged my hand with alcohol instead of lotion.. lol. Worst nail experience that I have ever had. I went back to ask them to redo it because it was totally unacceptable. They asked me to wait an hour because “there was no one available”. If it were me I’d attend to the person who they messed up on first. The second time around It was a bit better but honestly not up to par. The face of my nails are not even and the top coat is on some places of the nail on not on others. Its honestly so bad I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Doing a business like this is basically a scam stealing people of their money. The worst $50 I’ve spent in my life. Gel came right off a day after. Ridiculous. These people are not worthy of owning a business"
"I usually don't like to post disappointing reviews - I just felt that the service response was almost condescending. I got a Manicure here for the first time and not even 24hrs later - the polish started chipping off. So I went back to get a colour-change which I got a whole 50c discount (thank you), included with a lecture "that's what happens when you don't get Gel and choose only regular colour". Mind you, l chose an OPI colour, which usually lasts at least 2 weeks at other Salons. From the look of things, some bottles of polish looked like they added thinners to stretch the product or prevent it from clumping. Everyone knows that when getting a manicure, you have to pay first. I work in the service industry, and always give a minimum of 20% even if it's bad service because that particular person could have been having a bad day. So, my colour-change for an initial poor quality job was then rushed. I'm not sure if my photos are clear enough to see slight bubbling on some nails, polish dripping past the cuticle on another, then also polish not even covering all of the nail... I didn't bother speaking up about it at the time because I knew there was no point, when the person just doesn't care to take pride in their work."
