"PLEASE DON’T GO HERE! Now I see why they’re ALWAYS EMPTY WHEN I WALKED PASSED. The women in there don’t know how to do pedicure and is VERY SLOW. Plus she overcharge for a horrible experience. Like why am I paying 80+ for a pedicure that didn’t even include anything but being rub with lotion and a rock. Also, the owner is very rude and try to argue with us her customers even though she said one price and then change it at the end. It wasn’t worth it and my feet are ugly and I’m very unhappy! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Plus, my coworker was itching from the stuff that they use to do a pedicure and got an allergic reaction."
"DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner is way too rude and the wait is forever for a trash job. I went by today to do my nails, twice in 2 days after she told me to come in 5 mins, and instead of trying to assist when I asked about wait time and about powder and gel manicure. She literally yelled at me infront all of the customers. Seriously??? What kind of service is that. She needs to learn proper customer service. For a little more money go somewhere that knows how to treat customers better and does a better job. Never going back here again."
"They have the worst customer service. The manager/ owner is extremely rude. She did my nails, she wasn't bad, although she hurt me, as you can see in the picture, when I told her a couple of times, she was hurting me with the nail file (pretty sure she was doing it on purpose) she rolled her eyes at me. I will never come back here. They are remarkably unkind and unprofessional"
"My gel manicure started chipping on the sixth day, as pictured. I went back to ask for it to be fixed and the owner had the nerve to ask me if I had even gotten my nails done there. Absolutely no apology and they acted annoyed. Now after nine days, all the gel on another nail just came completely off and my nail hurts. I feel ripped off and don’t want to deal with the attitudes and waste more time, so I am not going back to have it fixed again. Absolutely awful place that needs to be shut down! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!"
"This is my first time doing manicure in this store, and also my first time to write reviews. So sad. I just grab my dinner and find this store accidentally, it said walk in welcome. But this was my worst manicure experiences eeeeeeeever! The woman who doing my nail, in a big hurry, and also hurt the joint of nail and skin and even a little bit blood. And their attitude is also bad, they treat their customers by unclear words and gestures, poker face from my entry to exit. I know this is a regular manicure, I didn’t expect to be fabulous, but even $10 is too much for the penny-worth service. Not recommend!"
