"My husband, my 3 year old son and I took a short vacation to Slide Mountain Forest House and we absolutely loved it! The rooms and all of the amenities were spotless, everything was so clean and well maintained. The pool was great (even though the water was slightly cold) we enjoyed it a lot. They have plenty of outdoors entertainment areas, swings, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts. There is a creek running through their land and I must say it only made the place even more charming and fun for my son and for us. We will definitely be back very soon. Everyone was extremely nice and breakfast was so delicious. There is absolutely no signal but they have wifi in every building so we had no problems with that at all. My husband even managed to work a bit. The nearest town we found was Phoenicia, where they had cute little stores, a small grocery shop and some cool entertainment like the rail explorers. It was more than fantastic we loved it and can not wait to come back again soon. So worth the money and a great spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains."
