"Day after Day with no communication we were denied an apartment. No I am not mad I was denied as I am young, BUT the lack of communication is highly unprofessional. Not to mention when we came to take a tour of the apartment there was no one to take us so the maintenance man had to take us even he was visibly annoyed. Great apartments, truly beautiful, but the Lofts needs better communication with potential renters."

"Five stars is not enough to rate my outstanding experience at the Lofts since April 2023; I tell everyone that I love living at the Lofts! The entire staff diligently strive to make it a close-knit community, including a nice monthly social in the clubhouse to meet other residents. A very skilled, on-site Maintenance group of Shane, Eric, Marty, Anthony and Gregg respond quickly to any requests for repairs. My one-bedroom apartment is spacious, includes a garage, patio, and loft for a home office, and updated appliances. There is also easy access to two workout areas and a pool at the Lofts' clubhouse. I highly recommend living at the Lofts; it's minutes from Saratoga and within quick driving distance to everywhere in the Capital Region."

"We have been at the Lofts since the summer, and we have absolutely loved it! Shane, Eric, and Gregg are fantastic in maintenance and are very timely when we out a request in! Joe and Annemarie in the office are great, and finally, the grounds are always in great shape thanks to Marty. We absolutely love living here in this great community!"

"After year of employment here at the lofts. I feel I can put an honest review of my opinion of the lofts, from the Property, to the office staff, to the tenants that live in this wonderful place. What I can say I see Ann and Joe in the office work very hard for the lofts and the people that live here. The property is well maintained, from lawn care to snow removal and everything in between. The nice Perks of living here are the happy hours, gives you a nice opportunity to interact with the Residents. The Residents that are here seem very happy and enjoy with interacting with them. All that being said if your looking for a great place to live the lofts is an amazing place to do that."
