"I'm not big on feedbacks but will take a big exception with this business. As I walked in with my worn out bathtub part to be shown for replacement, I was taken back when I saw the replacement part already waiting for me on the counter. I did not even need to say anything, Chris already started to provide me with a detailed set of instructions. I successfully replaced the part the same day even though i had no previous experience with it and got it right on first attempt. To make it more impressing, there were other possible cartridges in existence but Chris knew the exact model i needed right after i walked into that store.
