"This is a beautiful and well-built community. It is very quiet and well maintained. The staff has been wonderful so far (Lori, Monica, James and additional staff.) We are very happy here!"

"Despite a previous comment, we never had problems with staff in the year we lived here. The staff and location are great. However when we moved into our unit, which was newly built at the time, it was full of mistakes. One such mistake was a miscut vent that they covered with carpet. I stepped on it and almost went through the floor the first time. Another was an insanely crooked door with a 1" gap. These were clearly rushed buildings at a premium rent price. They then bumped rent ~ $140 without notice and the excuse was our initial rate was "discounted". Sadly this forced us and many others to move out. It would of been almost $2800/month after utilities and such. This is the fault of Ashley Corporate and not the property manager. Lost lots of formerly happy residents."

"Updated 09/29/2023: It has been over a week since I reached out to Ashley Management Corporation but I have not received anything back from them. Will follow up and update it accordingly. ---- In my short time as a resident at Hathaway Meadows, I have encountered a series of issues that have raised significant concerns. While it is not unusual for a recently constructed property to have some teething problems, it is the manner in which these issues have been handled that has been particularly troubling. One of the primary sources of my dissatisfaction lies in my interactions with the property manager. Initially, during the leasing process, the property manager portrayed herself as a courteous and accommodating professional. However, my experience post-lease has revealed a stark contrast in her behavior. It is evident that she struggles with anger management issues, which have become increasingly apparent during my attempts to address and rectify various issues with the apartment. What concerns me most is the unprofessional manner in which these issues have been handled. It has become evident that the property manager may be allowing personal issues to influence her professional conduct. While I initially dismissed similar complaints in online reviews, my personal experiences have regrettably mirrored these accounts. Moving forward, I kindly request that the property manager's behavior be addressed, and a more efficient process for handling tenant concerns be established. I believe that creating a positive living environment for tenants and maintaining a high standard of professionalism should be among the top priorities for Hathaway Meadows. In conclusion, I am committed to resolving the issues I have encountered through the appropriate channels, such as the maintenance support portal. I hope that these concerns can be addressed promptly to improve the overall tenant experience at Hathaway Meadows. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues and prevent similar situations from arising in the future. I look forward to a swift resolution and a more pleasant living experience at Hathaway Meadows."

"This is a brand new community located in a very convenient and beautiful location in Farmington - close to Victor and Canandaigua. The convenience to all these points of interest and the Thruway makes this a very desirable location. Since it is a new development, it lacks shaded areas and foliage. The dog park is nicely shaded, however. The fitness center and pool are also very nice. The units have laminate hardwood flooring on the first floor of the 3 bedroom townhomes and in the bathrooms, upstairs laundry room, and hallway. The bedrooms are carpeted. I like the updated look of these units and the closet space provided. I like the community and the fact that this is a new unit that no one has lived in it before. The fitness center and pool are great! The dog park and the access to the Auburn Trail are bonuses as well. There are some drawbacks based on my comparison with another Ashley Management property that I lived in. The garages are very small. They could have been extended in length. Ashley Management owns another complex I leased from and the garages were 4 feet longer - which made a huge difference. If you have anything bigger than a mid-sized SUV, it will not fit. However, there is a generous amount of overflow parking near each of the buildings. The stove is not a flat top but an oven/stove top with coils - and both take a very long time to heat. The pantry is painfully small. The kitchen cabinets are narrow making storage in the kitchen tight. While this is a new development, the amenities inside seem smaller than the older Ashley property I lived in. There is no AC vent in the Master Bathroom or the Walk-in closet (which is very large). Therefore ONE AC vent for this large space makes for a rather warm room. There were a number of little things that needed to be fixed upon my move-in that should have been taken care of prior to move-in. However, the maintenance staff took care of everything within a few days and were very responsive. This is a growing community that will include apartments in addition to the townhomes that are already there. I think the design team of architects could use to improve their creativity, but overall, Hathway Meadows is in a great location and offers carefree living."
