"Today, I had to call the office with an unusual request of having someone help me get my cat into her cat carrier (she is a very spicy purrito). Not only were Elizabeth, Heather, and Bob extremely accommodating by sending Bob over, they were also incredibly kind and professional. I highly recommend living here! My needs are always addressed and I cannot thank them enough!"

"Absolutely terrible experience living there for 3 years. Move out was a nightmare. I paid every single month on time and because I didn't vacuum and the carpet had a rip in it, I'm being harassed. Office staff are rude and two faced. Everything is overpriced and outdated. Stay away. Edit: Still being harassed months after I moved out. Now they’re saying I owe several hundreds of dollars for miscellaneous fees and repairs. I didn’t leave the place in such disarray to warrant that. I already was willing to wash my hands of it and let them keep my deposit, but now they want a bunch more. The manager will harass you nonstop over the pettiest things. Really wish I never lived there nor paid that witch a single dime. She has no business running that place."

"My family and I lived at Fairdale Townhomes for 4 years until we purchased a house. We absolutely loved Fairdale Townhomes and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and apartments. Elizabeth, the Property Manager is extremely squared away and very attentive to any problems or concerns you may have. She will have maintenance workers at your apartment ASAP to fix your A/C or any other issues. I would highly recommend Fairdale to anyone who wants to live in a safe and friendly neighborhood conveniently located close to everything."

"I have lived in a Fairdale Townhome for almost 12 years now. As a longtime resident of this community I can say that this is a wonderful place to live. I raised my four kids here and the sense of community between residents has always been strong. I have always felt safe here and have never had any security issues. The management takes good care of the property and ownership has been quite reasonable about rent costs. Maintenance is responsive and my unit has received numerous upgrades over the years including a beautiful new patio last year!!! The last couple of years have seen some major efforts to upgrade the property. All of my neighbors are friendly and helpful. All of the kids in the community gather and play together, which always made my life as a parent easier. If you are looking for a great place to live but are not ready for home ownership, you won't be disappointed."

"I have lived here at Fairdale Town-homes now for over 2 years. In the 2 years I have found the place to be quiet, well kept, the staff is courteous and very attentive to the needs of the community (especially former office managers and our current manager) and when there are issues they are taken care of in the most expedient time by a very competent and knowledgeable maintenance staff. And for being a complex that is over 10 years old the up-keep and overall look of the grounds and buildings is very good. I especially like the spacing between units and surrounding wooded areas, as it give me that quiet time during the evening hours that make living here worth it. Thanks and keep up the great work. Bob"
