"Took several weeks and a change of location to get my taxes done. ▪︎ 1st appointment for drop off and go I was ignored while the person at the desk was busy with someone else. Waited 45 minutes last my appointment time before leaving. Had it rescheduled to later that day. ▪︎ Was told during the week it was ready, made appointment for my only available day (a Saturday), showed and there was nobody there. Was told they had to call off and I should have gotten a call to reschedule. I did not. Made a new appointment for the next Saturday. The same thing happened. Appointments were made for me for the 1st location for that following Monday and Saturday of which I did not consent to ▪︎ Was told I could schedule an appointment elsewhere to sign so I do. At time of appointment the person did not have a record of it on their end despite having an email saying otherwise. They cannot access my documents to sign, as it is locked up at the 1st location. They get to work to get the documents, but cannot get it done that day. ▪︎ Get a call during the 4th week saying the person at the 1st location will not be available for my appointment (of which, again, I did not make). Person at 2nd location was able to get my documents for me to sign. Overall a miserable experience, and will not be using or recommending Jackson Hewitt going forward."
