"Rent is great for the location, residents are quiet and respectful. The primary downside here is that the tap water tastes funny, you will either need to invest in a purifier or purchase drinking water if you intend on living here."

"Please see the response I received stating it would be taken care of when the weather warmed up. I am still waiting for ANY improvement to be made. The siding is so dirty. White siding is brown. There are 0nly 5 buildings with siding, all are filthy. I have asked multiple times for the siding to be painted, been promised it would, and as of today, it looks completely awful. If you care about how the apartments look from the outside, do not move here. It is embarrassing. Just drive into S. Parkwood and look at buildings 14-18. (specifically 17)"

"I have been living at Parkwood Village Apts for over 6 years. I absolutely love my apartment and the wooded scenery around it. The maintenance staff has always been very quick to respond to any issues that I may have had. The grounds crew always keep the yards and gardens attractive. The cleaning crew keeps everything nice and clean. And the office personnel are always helpful and informative. Everyone is so friendly which makes me feel "right at home"."

The apartments are spacious, the grounds are well kept, the running trails are a great bonus, and the property managers really care. "I have lived in Parkwood Village North for 5 years now . It has been mostly a positive experience! Everyone in Albany Management is friendly, and they work hard at keeping up the place. If there is any problem with anything, it seems to be taken care of in a short amount of time. Any emergency whether small or large, someone is always there to take care of the matter promptly!
