"I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been here 3 months and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Anytime I've had an issue maintenance immediately got to it. Office staff (leah) is very helpful. The outside of my apartment is clean, my apartment was in very good condition when I moved in. I love it here !"

"The apartments are deceiving. We lived here for about four years. Then there was too much noise and a manager who didn't do anything. So I left the place last year. The apartments are deceiving Behavior. When I moved out, I cleaned the room and handed over the room key. As a result, they didn't return the deposit to us, and they just swallowed our deposit. I don't want more people who can't get their deposit like us, I don't recommend this place for everyone to live in."

"I remember living here with my parents when I was a kid and we absolutely hated it. Walls were practically non-existent and you could hear everything your neighbors were saying or doing. Yeah, I'll let you use your imagination on that one. Our water upstairs was leaking to the downstairs apartment and management blamed US for THEIR abysmal plumbing. And last but certainly not least, Jamie was everything a property manager should strive NOT to be. I have no idea what she is doing now but I guess she got the justice she deserved, as she plead guilty for grand larceny for STEALING from tenants. Thankfully, our family was gone before that whole charade started. Steer clear of this place: Guilderland is beautiful town with plenty of other options for rent."

"I've lived here going on 2 years. My neighbors and I don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. This place is such a steal! Heat & hot water is included! Most 1 bedrooms start below $1,000! Insanely convenient location! There are pros & con's to anywhere you decide to live but this is definitely a good place."

"Love this place! Quiet and relaxing. My apartment is beautiful, painted in nice colors. Love my apartment. Call the office they are very accommodating, things are fixed right away. Neighbors are friendly. So close to everywhere. Very pleasant outside, nice pool. Great walking area. Love that they supply heat and hot water. Safe at night. Happy to be here, feel at home."
