"I love my apartment. I have been here 1.5 years. Kathy and management/maintenance are always on everything. Whether a small problem or question, the staff stays on it until there is a solution. My last problem was my patio screen door: I reported at the end of business day and it was fixed by 830 the next morning. Within the last few months, we have new front entrance doors and trim on our building and newly painted parking lot lines. The swimming pool is wonderful- I feel like I’m on vacation!"

"Very pleasant place to live. Reasonable rates, very professional staff. Kathy and everyone are awesome! Quiet yet friendly neighborhood, central trash compactor (yes this is a great feature). Easy Move-in and Move-out process and close to everything. Would highly recommend."

"The main reason my wife and I enthusiastically enjoy living at Shaker Run Apartments is that Rosetti Properties, the management corporation, takes professional pride in doing things right. The difference between a pleasant rental experience and one that is a disaster is, in my opinion, an organized management that provides a safe, clean and livable environment in an honest, respectful and reliable manner. Repairs, if needed, are done on time, the property manager is proactive, constantly on the lookout to improve or correct any deficiencies. The maintenance staff is intelligent, trustworthy, friendly and fair. The apartments and the property are kept in excellent condition and the tenants are always informed about any problems that might arise during snow removal, or repairs to the roads, grounds and buildings. Too many management corporation so exclusively care only about the bottom line that they subterfuge services and maintenance so as to to generate a few more dollars in profit while buildings, apartment hallways and interiors degenerate and, as a result, over time, the quality of the renters diminishes yielding a less desirable community Rosetti Properties is the antithesis; a trustworthy, disciplined professional organization with hands on management, which results in an enjoyable living experience for each tenant. We love it here!"

"I finally got around to writing this review, my bad...I renewed my 1BR lease back in June, but better late than never. I have rented here now going on 8 years and have no complaints and totally recommend. Any maintenance requests I submitted were handled in a timely and professional manner. Kathy Perrone the property manager does a great job communicating any info/news related Shaker Run. There's more than enough parking, friendly neighbors and the best for last - great safe location, minutes to shopping, I87, Albany airport etc..."

"When I first began my apartment search, I focused on reviews from tenants and property appearance and location. Shaker run did not disappoint me. Upon meeting with the property manager, I realized this would be a wonderful place to consider. She was accommodating and helpful. The apartment available then and now my home is perfect. I love everything about it. I have no complaints. From maintenance response to my needs to care of the property, I am very pleased. For anyone considering this family-oriented complex just note that you will get money's worth. As in any home, there are rules to observe and I am grateful for them as I like order. This is what makes Shaker Run a wonderful place."
