"I've lived here for four and a half years, and I have nothing but good things to say about the folks here. I've been lucky to have good neighbors these past few years...although that probably doesn't have much to do with the management! Management is very responsive to the few issues I've had over the years (faucet not working, outlet not working, AC not working) - all issues are usually addressed within 24 hours, and most are addressed within hours of bringing it to their attention. The grounds are impeccably maintained, in my opinion - I've lived in many places in both the U.S. and abroad, and I think management here takes pride in making sure our surroundings are beautiful and safe. The complex is pleasant to walk through, and makes for a good evening walk when the weather is good. Maintenance is very good about clearing snow within a reasonable amount of time, both on the roads and the pavements. The swimming pool is very well maintained during the summer, with a lifeguard on duty at all times. The gym is always clean, and reasonably stocked for an apartment complex of this size. There is a large hall in the clubhouse that can be rented out for social events, which is a nice option for all of us who live here and can't accommodate large crowds within our apartments. The complex is within walking distance of Hamilton 20 plaza, which has a Market 32, a dollar store, a liquor store, a Chinese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, several specialty boutiques, an urgent care, a Starbucks and a couple of banks! Quite literally, once I park the car on a Friday night, I don't need it for the rest of the weekend! Laundry is available in each building, and is always maintained well - as of February 2023, it's $1.75 each for wash and a 60-minute dryer cycle. Parking is free for uncovered spots, and $35 for covered - so tack that on to your rent. Apart from that, there are no "fees". And like I said above, the good folks here come right away to fix all issues with the apartment, if and when they arise. No, this is probably not the cheapest option in the area or in Albany in general, but I feel that we get a lot of value for our money. We have a 2 bedroom + den (not many of those, and none available currently, so we got lucky), and it's quite sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 children). We like it, and strongly recommend it!"
"My family and I moved in on July and I have many things to say: - Office staff is really awesome and helpful (except for one) - the apartments are over painted, we had a door get stuck in our daughter’s Bedroom from all the extra layers of paint. - Maintenance was called during the first week due to: bathroom, cabinets in the kitchen and AC the man from Maintenance that came by was very disrespectful. He stated the issues we were having were the way things were are and we did have another person from maintenance come by and he fixed all the issues we had. - Cleaning lady told me one day you are paying rent for your department and not for the hallway so don’t leave the shoes out there (my daughter forgot her shoes outside our door) she referred to me disrespectfully. However, I de-escalated the situation by “agreeing with her”. - It is owned by the same company that owns Fairwoods and we thought we did a good choice but we were definitely wrong - We had a very high electric bill the first 2 months, and it was only fixed when we called and complained that it was really high. (This might be National Grid but we did find out that National Grid has a contract with the apartment complex) So think twice before of wasting your time and money here."
"Regency Park is one of the best community I have lived. The location is superb. All convenient store are located less than 5 minutes walk, yet without the traffic noise. Schools are just one miles away, both elementary and Middle school. Come to interior, it is very well maintained. The staffs are very kind and attentive, very responsive. When something does not work, it is just a phone call away and it is taken care of in 30 minutes. It was recently renovated and the upgraded look makes you feel the extra comfort. Come all and any season, it is always beautiful. In fall, you will see so many maple trees shine in bright colors all around. Spring brings all greeneries and flowers bloom in abundant. Winter brings lots of snow for the kids to play, yet well maintained driveways, Thanks to to the never tiring Regency crew. Ohh I forgot about the swimming pool. Its beautiful, and we love it in the summer. And there is more: every year, apartment provides a free tickets to the famous Saratoga Performing Arts center Concert for one night and the best part is we get a free two way ride to the venue and back. There is lot more to add, will update with more photos. I have lived in the community for six years and never got disappointed. But don't think you will get to live there anytime you want, because there is always a long que of people who wants live in the community. And after all, I love this residential community."
"I have lived in Regency Park for just less than a year, but my experience here has been nothing less than exceptional. A big shout-out to Karolina and her office team - they are very friendly, super responsive to any emails you send plus they are always willing to accommodate any requests on a short notice. They have a great maintenance team onsite who will fix any issues promptly. Although the rent is on a slightly higher side, the apartments are spacious with plenty of sunlight (my apartment walk-in closet is almost the size of a small bedroom). The apartment complex itself is beautiful and very well-maintained (it also has several amenities such as fitness center, pool and tennis courts) and the community is great with easy access to the grocery stores and restaurants (there is a Market 32, Starbucks and Jimmy John's within few minutes walking distance of the complex). I would without hesitation recommend anyone to Regency Park Apartments."
"Only reason we moved from Regency Park was because of work and commute reasons. The apartments themselves are very spacious, clean and in great shape and the grounds themselves are kept clean all year long. During the winter, they do a great job of removing snow in a timely manner. In terms of other amenities - the clubhouse is great, the gym is everything you need to get in a basic workout and the pool is absolutely top notch. The best part of Regency Park are the professional and kinds folks at the rental office. They always treated us with kindness and respect and did a phenomenal job of ensuring we were happy when any issue did arise. Any maintenance issue that did arise (and they were very rare) were resolved very quickly - usually within the hour. I simply can not say enough about how great the team at the rental office was. They are what we are going to miss the most."
