The convenience of being so close to shopping, restaurants, walking paths and the helpfulness of staff is great. Having snow removal, lawn care and garbage pick-up is a definite plus. Anytime I need a repair Michele is always helpful and quick to respond. After owning a home and all the work involved in upkeep its a relief not having to worry about it anymore."

"Michelle, the leasing consultant and the manager Renee Rockefeller extremely , disrespectful and discriminate against section 8 applicants they expect you to have a credit score over 750 also I believe I’m being discriminated against because I’m a part of the LGBTQ community. Michelle hung up the phone on me, because I asked for the owners information , Renee claims she is the owner and refuses to provide me with her manager information both ladies were very intimidating in extremely hostile I decided not to proceed with my application after all the harassment I received from them.. both ladies have broken all of the housing discrimination laws."

"My fiance and I moved in this past June and everything has been perfect. The townhouse is very clean and is in great shape with no maintenance problems. The landscaping is very well kept and the community looks like it's own little town, neat, well kept and clean! Love the fact that all the backyards are privacy fenced! The property manager, Margo, has been great and goes out of her way to please. The location is nice, out of the way of any busy roads but yet close to restaurants, the grocery store, shopping malls (plaza's and Crossgates). I would definately recommend this community..and will."
