"My significant other and I waited months to move into Fox Meadows. We were very eager and excited. We were disappointed with the finishes to our apartment. There was problem after problem in our apartment and maintenance did a poor job at handling it. I had to ask for the same thing to be done several times. One problem was a leak in the ceiling that was never fixed. Maintenance just painted over it. We also had difficulty sleeping. We were woken up several times throughout the night by loud noise. We felt very uncomfortable trying to address the matter with the office and our neighbor about it. We are very thankful Rita let us term our lease. We were unhappy and uncomfortable here. It truly felt like I was a problem trying to address what were were experiencing."

"We have been at The Residences at Fox Meadow for almost 3 months, since it opened in March. This has been hands down, the best apartment experience of our lives. The apartments are beautifully designed, with an open concept in mind, and all the amenities you could dream of. From a huge granite countertop island, to a full size washer and dryer in our own personal laundry room, to all the windows that bring in light and high ceilings, which make it feel open and spacious, and even a beautiful balcony. The building is also so quiet. We don’t even know we’re living next to neighbors because you never hear anything. Even though we live on the third floor, there are elevators which make it accessible for all. We also have a large garage attached to the building that we love. We use the incredible movie theater with full sized recliners and surround sound often. There’s also a 24 hour gym, and even a large community room you can rent out for parties. We can’t wait for the pool to be built. Should be this summer. But until it is built, we can use other community pools in the Fox Meadow family, which has been great. We have had no maintenance issues and have had quick responses from them, fixing anything we have asked for. The best part of living here though has to be how nice all of the management staff are. Rita has been amazing to work with right from the start. She is so responsive, polite, helpful, and friendly. I’m so grateful we moved here, and we will be here for years to come."

"My partner and I have now been living here for a little over two months now, and have enjoyed this place immensely. We found this place online while we were both deployed overseas, and Rita and her team were extremely helpful in helping us to secure a new apartment. Even with a six hour time difference, Rita was always emailing and calling us, and working to accommodate our needs. Since coming home from the deployment, we have enjoyed finally having a permanent home. The buildings are all new and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is quiet and clean and our dog loves his new apartment with a balcony. I’ve attached a picture below of our dog standing outside the office, because he wants to see Rita and Skylar (they always have treats for him)! He loves this place just as much as we do."

"We were one of the first tenants to move in building 2. We absolutely love our apartment. Everything is brand new and very high end. We have not had any maintenance issues whatsoever. Our hallways are clean and quiet, I never hear anything. The amenities are great, we use the fitness center daily. The pool is not in yet, they are working on that to be completed this summer. However all residents were advised of this before signing the lease. We still have access to a pool this summer over at their sister property in Rotterdam. We use the pool frequently and have zero problems. I’m just happy we have a pool this summer. The office staff has been exceptionally nice to us. They are professional and enjoyable to chat with. We have a garage.. and I love it. There’s plenty of space for storage. The environment is quiet and peaceful.. it’s a great area, with zero distractions. I give Fox Meadows 2 thumbs up and 5 stars! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for high end luxury apartment living. "I have lived in several different apartment complexes, and this is by far the best. The apartment I have (a Robin) is exactly what I wanted; I work from home so it is important to have the right set up. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating - when I moved in there were problems with the internet service, and Rita did her best to get it squared away. The day we lost power because someone drove off Dutch Meadows and ran into one of our power transformers, Rita made sure there was hot coffee in the community room. I've had a couple of minor issues with my apartment, but that's normal for new construction. Everything that I brought to Rita's and Skyler's attention has been taken care of promptly. The property is still under construction so not everything is ready, but I know I can just drop by the office any time they are open and ask a question. At the last place I lived, the property manager was mean and the staff would intentionally harass my dog. Here, my reactive rescue dog is happy and as well adjusted as she can be. I highly recommend The Residences at Fox Meadow, and they are stuck with me!"
