"My daughter lives there. It’s nice and clean. The only gripe I have…. There’s never any parking. None at all. Makes it very hard to visit."

"Cons 1. Community internet is difficult to connect certain devices to. 2. Apartment above my unit had a dog that barked NONSTOP. 5am-11am, 9pm-1am. I spoke to management on numerous occasions regarding this; it did not stop until the tenant moved out. It’s almost like management knew they were leaving so it wasn’t a concern, to them. EDIT - the tenants have since moved out and the new tenants are fine. Also there is a new office manager who is much more attentive. 3. The hallways/common areas of my building always smell highly of marajuana. Pros 1. Unit was very clean upon move in 2. Washer and dryer in unit is very convenient 3. The pool area is nice. 4. I rarely see neighbors; being an introvert, this is definitely a bonus. 5. New appliances in the unit 6. The new office manager have been extremely helpful on multiple occasions. Frances is great to deal with!!!"

"We have lived at Vista for almost three years and couldn’t be happier . From my very first phone call to Rita she made me feel so comfortable I was out of state and needed to move back but couldn’t go see apartments in person so she personally picked an apartment for me And FT me and gave me my tour of it she truly made me feel so welcome ! As far as maintenance if I have ever had a request they have taken care of the problem within a day and to to top it off the pool is absolutely perfect well maintained always relaxing . I read recently a review on here about roaches I just have to say in the Almost three years I have been here I have not seen one insect we actually get Pest Control That comes and sprays in hall ways outside and inside the apartments , we also have cleaners that come in amd clean the stair wells and the hallways so please don’t let 1 review deter your decision in any way if your looking set up for a tour first . I highly recommend …"

"We have lived at Vista for 1.5 years now. This property is very clean and luxurious. The office staff is wonderful and always responds to our needs should one arise. They bend over backwards to ensure we are happy and they treat us like family. We couldn’t be happier here. This is definitely a 5 star property, we have lived at another luxurious apartment complex here locally, and we’re treated so poorly we had to move out. We even discussed our unhappiness with the owner and he couldn’t be bothered with us and was rude to us. I’m so happy we left that complex to come here. Never have we ever been disrespected or dissatisfied here at Vista."

"The new leasing assistant Brian has made my family and I’s experience here go from outstanding to poor. Originally moving in, Andrea the old leasing assistant was warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Brian has been nothing but nasty toward my husband and I, poor with communication regarding our lease and rent, and has had the nerve on numerous occasions to respond to our simple emails and and verbal requests - alongside face to face conversation with agitation and attitude. Although Vista has provided decent apartments with quiet living, we have decided that we will not be renewing our lease because there are places with equal if not better complexes and FRIENDLY and WELCOMING staff, far from nasty! Thank you Rita for managing as the landlord so well, but your leasing assistant will be the reason why many will leave."
