"Upon entering her place of business she was very short and annoyed that I just dropped by and not call. Her big dog jumped all over me when I came in the door. When she asked why I was there I explained that I was there to have my taxes done or to see if she had time and she just had a big annoyed sigh and I asked what's wrong and she says I'm just tired and you never even called. And I tried to tell her that my phone wasn't working and that's why I was just dropping by. Then she asked to see my papers and I went to lay them down to go through them , she yelled and said you can't do it here these dogs will take the papers. So we went into the office and then her dog started barking and I said that he's probably barking because I have dogs in my car and then she got all bent out of shape and started yelling and saying that I had to get off the property that I cannot be on the property with dogs in the car. So I turned around and immediately laughed and I will never go back to her. she was so rude and disrespectful!"
