"I used EG Tax for 4 years and until they made a mistake is when there true colors came out. They prepared two W-2's for me for 2016 and charged me 172.00 well they made a mistake totalling 860.00 and caused my return to be audited (in which I had no fear as I report my income accurately) the state made the proper adjustments to my return causing it to be delayed 4-6 more weeks. When I called corporate as the office that did our taxes is closed for the season they said sorry and offered 25% off next year's fee. In which totals 43.00 for an almost 1000.mistake. So with the already long wait this year I have to wait I have another month in half to wait. Beware is all I'm going to say that could have gone the other way. So I finally got to talk with the VP and Ester about this and went above what I expected them to do and really made thing right. Couldn't be more happy!!!!"
