"I would highly recommend that you Do NOT trust EG Tax to handle any of your financial matters. I paid a decent amount of money earlier this year to have my taxes done, only to get a letter from the IRS in June. The preparer (who was a supervisor) made an error that ended up costing me $3,000. Worst of all, no one bothered to inform me of this error back in February or called to explain what it was going to cost me 4 months later. I've made several attempts to get this straightened out and to get answers but I am getting the run around. Not so much as an apology. At this point I have to go through the IRS, BBB, and NYS to report the issue and attempt to receive some sort of understanding and remedy."

"I had an appointment at the Orchard Park, NY office on May 10th 2021. When I got there it was closed. The contact phone number went straight to voicemail. I never got a response. Don't bother it closed without notifying customers."
