"I came in last week to have my taxes done. When I questioned something Madlyn ( think that’s her name) spoke very nasty to me & treated me like I was stupid. I left the taxes with them after they told me that they would be reviewed by a supervisor & they would get back to me. It’s been a week without any response. I am sitting outside the office to get this taken care of. The office states it opens at 11:00 am. It is now 11:50. I have driven by after work at 5:30 and it is always closed. It states it’s opened until 7:00. I will make sure no one ever uses your service."
