"Two years of elderly and disabled abuse.Water turned off during pandemic, unloced doors, broken locks,unfixed for years, construction six seven days a week,no lease 8 months after it's signed, homeless invade unlock Ed building on almost nightly basis.Builing is so filthy people are sick all the time.Water smells like waste.Contractors NEVER wear masks and Arco employees only wear them when you point out absence of .A total rathole.And roaches ,flies.Avoid at all costs."
