"Needed to replace our furnace this year and was recommended to call Services United. They were able to quickly get a new furnace installed. Although there were some adjustment issues to start, they came out quickly to remedy the issue each time. Their techs are friendly and nice and took the time to explain what they were doing. Services United stood behind their work and made sure they had us up and running properly with no extra charges or complaints when they had to come back out. The only issue is I wish I had gotten email invoices. Otherwise, great company with great workers and office staff!"

"Services United did a great job of diagnosing the potentially dangerous problem with our upstairs heating unit, which due to its age and condition, required replacing. The two technicians worked quickly to remove the old unit, were careful to protect our floor/carpet, and returned the following day to install the new unit. The office staff were also forgiving and patient when I needed to switch to another account for payment. I have waited so long to write this review I have sadly forgotten all of their names, but we were very pleased with their efficiency, competence and quick response to our issue. "I can't even express into words how great the service was. You truly have to experience it for yourself. I found out we had no running hot water at 11am. Went home, checked everything and couldn't figure out the issue. I called Services united since they had installed the system two years prior. Not only was it under warranty, they got my family a service appointment last night. Tech came out with good communication so we knew when to expect him. Honestly, Dave Ely was amazing. Informative, understanding, nice to my kids. And a diligent worker. He worked hard to figure out the issue. Got the part to fix said issue and made sure everything was perfect before he left.
