I see she has another bad review from over a year ago with the Copiague location, which means management doesn't care about their customers to allow an employee to give tenants such bad treatment. Beware before renting here she's super rude and has a horrible attitude."

"The apartment is beautiful and meets ALL of our needs. The grounds are kept well and the landscaping is aesthetically pleasing. Having maintenance is great except for one experience. And they take Section 8!"

"I have been helping my parents look for an apartment, and this complex came highly recommended from a family friend... We recently toured a two-bedroom unit at Bunt Commons 3 and it was beautiful! The property was clean and the apartment was very nicely maintained. It had two nicely sized, carpeted bedrooms, modern looking faux wood laminate floors in the common spaces, new appliances in the kitchen, and a nicely updated bathroom. The property manager Kate showed us around and she was very helpful answering all the questions we had, but it didn't feel like she was breathing down our necks which I really appreciated. She was very friendly, as were the couple of people we passed on the way in to tour the apartment. It seems like a nice little community. Whether my parents end up moving here or not, it was a positive experience and I just had to make note."
