"Beautiful place to live"
"The houses are build with very cheap material and customer service is very very bad. They send workers who can't solve the problems. The houses are poorly built. You keep on calling for the same problems until the one year warranty expired and they are done . All they want is your money. The association is another piece of work. I have been calling and sending emails for the last 3 years for dead plants in my front land escaping. Finally they came to see to make sure that I was not lying. They told me last fall they were going to replace the trees and put a new bush. It seems that nothing will happen again this year. Now I have to stop the draft on my account for the monthly association fee. I am truly tired of begging for service I am paying for."
