"Horrible experience with board packager and this board.I guess I was denied because I was over qualified.Stay away !! They took my 800 put me through hell then said take a walk with no explanation.Terrible process that really screwed us."

"I recently filled out an application which had maybe about 20 sections for my parents who are handicap and retired to move into this place. They are receiving a steady income. Pension, social security and also funds for an adopted child. I am in the process of selling and purchasing a home and was in need of a place for them to stay and all of this was time sensitive. This place really wasted a lot of my time. My parents income is well over 7K a month and the board made us wait almost 3 weeks to hear something back from them stating things like oh we’re waiting for the credit report and we need more info and then after that Denied the application. They didn’t even consider meeting them. I understand there is a process and you have a right to choose who you want in your building but the lack of sensitivity and consideration of our time from them was ridiculous. I needed to close on the sale and purchase of a new home and the feedback was just poor. On top of that they sent an e-mail saying that it was the final decision of the board and that the office did not provide a reason for denial nor will be given that info. What a waste of time. They were just very cold and didn’t care."
