"This apartment complex is definitely one of the best I've lived in. The appliances are new and maintenance came quickly even for minor things like changing the water filter in the fridge. Dina was very helpful when it came to questions about the apartment/property and made the entire process run very smoothly. I've lived here 6 months now and have no complaints. Highly recommend!"

She helped me out a lot while picking my first Fairfield apartment and while looking for a new one. Working with her has made a world of difference and helped me decide to stay within Fairfield. "Fairfield Estates is a horrible complex. It's not safe! They claim to offer security yet my friend Matt D had his motorcycle stolen from here and they did nothing!!!"

"Even when we moved in the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned. It is designed poorly with crevices so make mold and other things grow. This complex is extremely overpriced compared to others. Also for some reason they thought that Monday 9 AM was the best time to do loud landscaping. If you work from home, especially during this pandemic, forget it. Now with mortgage banks allowing 0$ financing, absolutely do not rent here. It is a waste of money and this particular complex is terrible to live in."

How about sending your handy man to fix what’s wrong within units or a pest control to mitigate the undesirable creatures here ... what a nice start Fairfield !!"
