"I have been a resident here for less than two months, I have more than 6 maintenance request, and so far nothing has been done. And not only that I also have to deal with cigarette smoke from other apartments, because at this apartments tenants are allowed to smoke in side their apartments, I already complained to management, I guess they don’t care even if they are in violation of Suffolk county law. Find a better place to rent it May look cheap but is not worth it. Nearly 11 months here and still have the same maintenance request. There was also a gas leak in the kitchen that took them over 6 months to correct, and only because I told them I was calling the fire department they took me seriously."

"My girlfriend lives here. The complex is old and they do next to nothing to keep it up. Through the walls you can hear your neighbor like they're in the room with you. Complaints about the heat not working go nowhere, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Actually slumlords. I wouldn't live here for free."

"I’d rate this aging complex “fair” due to the following: Cockroaches and other insects. The issue persists even after an exterminator was called. Use roach repellant proactively, especially around the kitchen cabinets and spray directly on the carpet. Multiple requests to repair several issues were half finished and some were ignored. Do a thorough inspection when moving in. Make sure you open separate individual requests so all issues can be tracked. Expect loud children in the complex. Outdated kitchen and bathroom. There is very little insulation which results in a high electric bill during the summer. At least gas is included in the rent which helps during the winter. Furnace is located right next to the bedroom and can be loud at times. Snow removal is very slow. Expect to shovel out your car. Often times there is a sewer smell."

Electric bill was very high. 2) They raised the rent every year. 3) Repair Service almost always took a long time to actually be serviced and usually needed to return multiple times. 4) Filthy dirty laundry rooms 5) Snow removal was always slow. 6) Air conditioner was located in closet and very loud. Complained but never fixed after years of living there."
