"Updated review: guest wifi requires password that the Attendant didn't have until I posted the review. Originally the Attendant told me her manager didn't provide her one at all. The laundry machine also has a .75 extra surcharge for debit or credit cards that wasn't clearly listed. Put $15.00 on the card and $2 of that went to actually getting the card which brought the total on the card to $13.00, I feel the surcharge should have been taken out from there instead of being added onto my charge on my bank since the fee for the card came out of the laundry money, the unlisted surcharge should have as well. Original review: Have to purchase a laundry card and even though there is a guest wifi, they don't let anyone use it. Very inconvenient if you have to do school work or entertain a child you brought with you while doing laundry. Also the units are overpriced to perform those duties."

"Edit: I knocked it down to one star because they said they would contact me in their response to my review, but they never did. I would probably give this 2.5 stars if that were an option. I dropped off and delivered these items for wash and fold service. The cost for just these items, with me dropping off and picking up, was over $70. They don’t seem to be following their prices that are online for blankets, and I hate that I paid for “folding” and received my sheets just balled up like this. It’s a waste of my time to redo something I already paid to have done. It’s like they didn’t know how to fold fitted sheets. The people are super nice, though."

"Edit: This used to be a 4-star review. My last delivery came with a bonus-- a dead mouse! It did not come from my apartment and I shake out my items before bagging. Disgusting. I'm using someone else from now on. Old review: Meets my needs and is a worthwhile convenience. They do often try to pick up/deliver items early, which I appreciate on the one hand, but on the other I'm sometimes not ready. I've also had separate bags for delicates thrown out."

"It’s clean BUT…. They charge an extra quarter just to start the dryers and you still have to pay extra to dry. Now you have to pay $2.00 to buy a card to use the machines too. Such a rip off. Never going there again. Hopefully the Lilac on Monroe, which they own too and are remodeling, won’t charge those things as well. I’ve gone there for years but won’t if they make those changes. Many other customers said the same thing"

"This is by far the BEST laundromat I've ever been to! I was kinda skeptical due to where it's located but, the service is fantastic, the facility is very clean and the machines are wifi compatible so all you have to do is download an app and you can wash/dry your clothes without having to get physical cash. They also offer wash and fold services. Highly recommend"
