"Well called him and explained about a front tire problem . Asked him about doing a tire balance and change out the bearings and without even looking at the bike he told me he would have to pass. I have to say it must be nice turning down work or is it something he couldn’t handle it makes you wonder. Anyways a cold shoulder without even looking is just plain bad customer relations . Just wanted to pass this on to the people that like to read before deciding who they will be dealing with. Couldn’t even rate a star but I would rate him a one star for customer service"
