"My water heater went out yesterday evening and the pilot light wouldn’t come on after several attempts. I called for an appointment that night and, upon my request, a technician was dispatched to my home first thing this morning. The technician, Candace, was prompt, professional, and communicative throughout the entire visit- discovering a slow leak, which explained why the pilot wouldn’t relight. She took care of the arrangements for a replacement unit, since it was still under warranty, and at this moment I’m awaiting installation which will hopefully occur today- if not tomorrow. I’ll provide updates after installation, but so far the experience has been quite pleasant, given the circumstances. (1/10/24- update)- Installation was performed within a timely manner as guaranteed. The work was proficient, all questions were answered, and a courtesy follow up check in was even provided later on same evening.
