"*RENTER BEWARE* These apartments were built by the most incompetent people on the entire planet. EVERYTHING in your apartment will feel like its held together by rubber bands. They will price gauge you every single time you renew your lease. If you have an issue with anything in your apartment, they will never ever fix it. The bathroom's are disgusting and embarassing. No proper ventilation is installed in the bathroom's so you will have mold buildup after only a week. The tile is falling off the walls and the cabinets come loose and fall constantly. The blinds for the doors and windows are nearly made of paper and constantly fall off. The people that work in maintanence do not care about anything you have to say. They will actively neglect issues until they get worse and try to silence you if you speak up. Disgusting, embarassing, overpriced horror show. Stay away, sleep in your car before you even consider renting here. Fairfield should be ashamed and embarassed to charge what they charge for these abominations they call apartments. Please, spend your money elsewhere, these people do not deserve it."

"I lived at Fairfield at Deerpark for one year and was sadly disappointed. The first thing i noticed was once I moved in, the property manager never responded to any of my messages. The entire year, with many messages and voicemails and no response. The first issue i had was the snow removal, two days went by after a storm before there was any snow removal. I had to shovel a pathway from the front door and supply my own salt. Which I was told prior to moving in that they would take care of the property in all aspects. I had to call the fire department for help, since i am an essential worker and recently had surgery on my shoulder. Then there was an issue with parking, the residence with senior time living there were knocking on doors to tell people they could not park in the lot. I observed several arguments over parking, where one residence was verbally attacking a woman for his parking spot. When i contacted the property manager, because i was told it was open park and no designated spots, I received no response or resolution. Then there was an issue with the pluming and the bathtub would back up several times with dirty water. When i contacted them, no response. They made sure to send rent payment reminders and rules of the property but no communication with the residents."
