"Lived here for a few years. It's rarely needed but management hasn't been difficult to get in touch with. The apartments themselves are quiet and the design is modern. Close access to two supermarkets is also a huge convenience. The common areas like the lobby, mailroom, and gym are kept tidy and clean thanks to the staff here. Actually, the best part of this building is the super and her porters. Any concerns or questions are met with kindness, compassion, and understanding. They are truly a hard working group and I don't think any other building has anyone quite like those folks."

"Really bad experience with the leasing office."

"Leasing office doesn't even deserve one star. Made me sign the lease and pay first month rent and security deposit but literally notified me that this unit is not available 10 days before my move-in date. Leasing guy told me that landlord didn't sign the lease but why do they ask me to pay first month rent and deposit without signing the lease? Also, they gave me the building access even before starting and even now I have an access. Very good security! Building looks ok but luxury building with this kind of management? Hell no."
