"Like others, I wish I could give zero stars. This is the absolute WORST management company I have ever rented from. Unresponsive, cheap and incredibly unhelpful staff. Shai is the laziest and rudest building manager I’ve ever encountered, he refuses to do ANYTHING and doesn’t respond to emails. I cannot wait to GTFO of their property. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM."
"The absolute worst real estate company. Staff is unreachable at all times. No easy online payment system for rent. They need to work on being reachable at the front office"
"Dont let the spacious apartments fool you as they did me. They are the prime example of slum lords. My rent is just about 2.5k and the whole experience has been giving NYCHA. You expect to live well when you have to dish out so much. Iv had a plethora of issues and not even calling 311 helps. It has all just been the worst of experiences"
"The building itself is poorly built. Management should require tenants to get rugs if their not going to respond to noise complaints. It’s been a year of me reaching out to management in regards to my noisy tenant that moved in above me. I’ve tried reaching out to the tenant above me to go half on a carpet or area rug to lessen her everyday banging/pounding. That didn’t work out so I decided to reach out to management again & received no response. During the complaint emails I was in the process of renewing my lease and they were very responsive then. As soon as I sent my written complaint again everything went quiet. At this point I suffer from anxiety and extreme headaches because I’ve been living under this stress. Horrible tenant management. I would not recommend. I honestly can’t wait to move out of this apartment building."
"Pro: Responsive and kind Building Manager and Supervisor. Con: When reporting 3 package thefts in one week, worth a little under $1k, the management company lacked empathy or noted concern regarding the safety of the building. In their email, they were short and noted the lack of liability for management regarding package delivery. The security cameras also do not work in the building and they did not show interest in fixing them. Overall, lack of concern regarding tenants’ issues unless they have legal responsibility. They also need to either develop their emotional intelligence or customer service skills via communication with tenants."
