"Horrendous customer service failures. Had multiple issues on an order last fall. Salesman said he would make sure there weren't any issues this year. 4-5 week wait time on my confirmed order. Waited 4 weeks, emailed to double check, no response. But I guess the salesman did order the firepit burner finally, 5 weeks later, and then had the nerve to tell me it would take 4-6 weeks as there were long lead times. So at this point I have a customer for whom I ordered the fire pit on May 10th, and I was hoping to have the firepit installed before the middle of June, and as of today, July 28th, I haven't even gotten a shipping notification. Emailed every contact I had about getting expedited shipping 6 days ago, and no response there either. Would highly not recommend. Hopefully I can find another distributor."
