"I lived here for 3 years and moved in when the building first opened in 2017. Issues included multiple heat/hot water outages, soundproofing in units was non existent, and management was extremely hard to get a hold of for repairs. If you're moving here- record everything. I had to film my move out inspection to ensure I got my deposit back (the super warned me about management withholding security deposits over nothing)."

"This apartment is the worst apartment I ever lived in. I had to finish the contracted one year lease and moved out as soon as I can. It was nightmare for my whole family to live here for a year. The apartment is close to the street. Very noisy. My children can not fall into sleep until midnight. Very strong cigarette/marijuana smell in the weekend. I am afraid that would adversely affect my children's health. The management is the worst in the world. If you need their help, you called them and emailed them again and again. Nobody reply you. Also, they are so hungry for money. They never returned your deposit after you moved out. For the laundry, there were a lot of people from outside to do their laundry here. You had to come down again and again to check if any laundry machine available. It wasted a lot of time. If you planned to move in here, please read the bad reviews. They are all true!!!"

"It’s a hidden gem! Very close to the hospital and the apartment supervisor is very attentive. The only negative would be sound proofing, but in general very affordable and well kept. Was shocked at the negative reviews and I know of colleagues who had/have no issues living here."

"Management and staff are unprofessional and dishonest. After a whole year of doing nothing about my complaints of excessive noise and intimidation tactics from staff and other tenants, management did very little to nothing, forcing me out. To add insult to injury, they also took my entire security deposit claiming the stove needed to be replaced, in addition to (they claimed) damage to the floor and walls. Despite my own evidence, they continued to assert that the work needed to repair the wear and tear required use of my entire security deposit. This company will exaggerate in order to take your money! This place is not recommended!"

"Has the worst customer service ever and just wants your money! I have lived in the apartment last year and it was the worst experience. We were out of hot water/water for a week and they did very little for us! they selectively returned money for that one week of no heat/water to some people and not others(unethical). They lied on a couple of occasions and now it has been at least 5 months that they have not returned my security deposit, and they have not answered any of my inquiries through email/call. So if you care for your money and want to be respected, spend your money elsewhere (i.e. GoldFarb across street)"
