"Beautiful at face value, but you soon see why it's so cheap. Everything is cheaply made and the walls are paper thin. You can hear any and everyone. I showed management multiple videos I recorded of all the noise and stomping I can hear from my apartment, in which they responded that "they didn't hear anything." The neighborhood is extremely dangerous. Management will lie and say they want "quality tenets" for the building, but... that's not true. I had to move out after a month. I'm very happy with my decision"
