"The neighborhood is fine, the Apartments are fine. However nothing really is done about the noisiness of neighbors. Noisy neighbors find loopholes how to get away with making noise. But my major complaint every single yearis that during the winter. The heat is so high it's unbearable. We have to constantly leave our windows open in the dead of winter and have our air conditioning on when we sleep. Which is a complete waste of energy to have that on during the winter. These apartments are like a furnace especially my building 1510 Unionport Rd"

"My application got approved. My portal say move in date 1/2024. I have emailed several times and called and left multiple voicemails but no one contacts you back. I think it’s rude to take an application fee, approve the application, and then ghost potential tenants."

"If I could give them negative stars I would. Please read the reviews and don’t waste your time. This is literally the worst management company in NYC. I signed a lease in the spring while expecting a child, which they were aware of. At the lease signing I was given stove knob guards for when the baby arrived. The apartment I was shown was promised to be repaired by Victor prior to me moving in. After receiving the keys, and moving into the apartment nothing was repaired as promised. The elevator is constantly out of order, you have to pay a service fee for everything which isn’t fair being that the building isn’t well maintained or kept despite seeing maintenance on grounds, so what are they really doing? I had a deep cleaning of the apartment prior to moving my belongings in and realized shortly after then buildings are roach infested. I made documentation and videos of everything i would post it but this review only allows photos. I moved out with my newborn after multiple attempts to exterminate and the consumption of harsh chemicals as a result of this management company being incapable to warrant habitability. During my exit management company staff, Justine, left a voicemail stating I wouldn’t be charged and when I got to the office I was charged a complete month of rent instead of pro rated. Wasted a total of $8k for nothing that could’ve been used for my baby. Save your money & don’t waste your time."

"Parkchester Condos are great apartments with many windows and lovely wooden floors. Generally speaking the community and occupants are satisfied but lately during the summer season of 2023 many garbage cans are filled to the brim without disposals especially on Tremont Ave. Why is that? Property managers whether in the South or North need to stay mindful of their service workers. Many sidewalks need re-paving and on Union Port Rd grasses have yellow patches. Why is that? The occupants pay their rents and their maintenance fees to keep our Parkchester community safe, clean and for a good quality life."
