"A Geek Squad tech - Guiseppi - I've been fortunate to have him work extensively on/with two home theatre systems in my house. He's helped put together, explain various functions - sound fields...how to manually program unique to each speaker, volume. Giuseppi has his own very subtle means of finding a familiar movie scene which really demonstrated how terrific this system sounded and felt. After he left...trouble with my cable box had me calling Giuseppi several times and him trouble shooting things over the phone, getting things running regardless and convincing me to get a new box which I did. Thanks to Giuseppi, I now have a system I'm very happy to have purchased and a really good guy who could have a degree in what customer service is supposed to be. Thank you again.
