"I went here recommended by a coworker handed my papers to secretary. She wrote down my info. 7 days later was told they were complete. Went to sign. Drove away. Looked in packet only to see my daughters name ssn account all over my taxes. Soooo. She did not look at any of my info once if she did not notice none of my anything on my taxes. She redid. Only to use my daughters account again. Im at a loss. Youre suppose to use your eyes. These are my taxes. Very important. If i didnt notice my daughter would of been in big trouble and not been able to file. Do not i repeat do not come here. Save yourself many calls to IRS"
