"Terrible management. They have mice & spider infestations that the landlord demands to fix himself. The superintendent tries to sleep with tenants. Paper thin walls. They also have occasional issues with small roaches. This was my first apartment when I moved to New York. I’ve happily upgraded since. Looking back I should’ve just rented a room instead of living here. Big big mistake."
