"A nice community for older residents. Grounds are well kept. Nice size parking lot. Big elevator."
"The building: cold and not very well kept as the trash rooms become over flowing and the shoot will back up to the third floor. An industrial pail with dirty water and mop may welcome you home as you walk in the front door. The maintenance lives on premesis but you may not know that from the little bits of whatever on the upper carpeted floors. Management is not consistent in matters of finance and policy. Often there are blow ups between management and residents. Water and heat problems are on going. The apartments, in general are small but can be cute. The community room is ok. The library is very hot in the summer as there is no air conditioning at all in any of the upper hallways. There is always a vacancy. Snow removal can be a chore. Safety from some of the residence may be a problem. Mind your own business and don't get involved with others."
