"Nice and clean"
"Management neglects to address any issues that have been reported for months( about 8 units in total). They have the time to state what you are not in compliance with i.e Christmas decorations not being taken down 2 weeks after Christmas, but will not get back to you about maintenance that is covered under HOA fees... Regardless of the quiet, pet friendly, clean neighborhood, management is not consistent with upkeep of current units which makes it very frustrating when you choose to live in a townhouse environment. It is clear where the priorities are with new sections of housing being built. Buy wisely. Will update as time goes on."

"Storm King Builders built the home of my dreams! What an incredible crew! Moving in 4 days... These homes are absolutely customizable and the every staff member wants you to be happy and satisfied with the building of your home. Totally recommend... I think there are 33 more townhomes to be built, and then a beautiful park!"
