"I paid them 100 dollars for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. Then months later I am getting a charge from them for 24 dollars… for what?! I never asked them for another service! These people are desperate scammers and will collect money from you behind the scenes if you have ever given them your card info. They think you won’t notice…DON’T CALL THEM FOR YOUR TECH NEEDS! Anywhere else is better."
"They can also fix Apple Watches - I originally went to Apple bc the back of my Apple Watch unexpectedly popped out less than a year after purchase - glue seemed to have disappeared, I still had all the springs and screws that was in the watch. Seemed like a manufacturing defect so you would expect that Apple would take it back at no charge or minimal charge since it was less than a year out - nope, they wanted to charge me close to the price of a brand new watch, plus I would have to wait 3-5 business days to get it back because they would have to ship it out for repair. Instead, I went to the Phone Works and after Tommy took a look, said it would take 2-3 hrs and gave me a super reasonable quote. Didn’t even charge me until I came back since he wanted to make sure he could repair it - and he did! Now I have a fixed watch at a fraction of the cost and got it done in only a few hours. So happy!"
"The first display replacement that they installed on had a blotch on it, and the screen had a blueish tint. The second display that they installed also had a bluish tint. And Apple's True Tone technology would no longer work. They said that they would find a display that worked correctly and call me back for a third try, but they never called me. I had them remove their display, but they would not give me a full refund. I am taking them to small claims court."
"Great service! So fast! They ordered the parts immediately and we're very accommodating. Highly recommend if you need ANY electrics repaired. It's a little hidden so make sure you look down the stairs."
